OME are known for making some of the best built and best finished banjos in the USA. Their banjos are also some of the most beautiful. This one is particularly stunning.
Premium highly flamed maple neck, rim and resonator woods. Shaded burnt sienna polished lacquer finish. Premium African ebony fingerboard with Odyssey inlays. Ivoroid bound Ome Odyssey peghead. The "double-cut" headstock peghead features full binding and the distinctive Odyssey torch inlay.
Gold plated 4:1 sealed planetary geared tuners. Gold plated, hand engraved OME "Harp" tailpiece and armrest. The 3-ply maple pot has a Megatone tone ring, and produces about the best sounding bluegrass banjo noises I've ever heard. NO fretwear.
