Very Good condition. Copy of the Gibson Mastertone. Epiphone banjos were made under licence to Gibson.
This one has heavy cast tone ring for volume and sustain; mahogany neck and resonator, mother-of-pearl hearts and flowers inlays in rosewood fingerboard. Very straight, clean banjo inside and out. No fretwear and no problems. Has been upgraded: New Remo Frosted head; new Presto tailpiece, new Sosseebee maple/ebony bridge; new 5th string peg, and, spikes at 7th, 9th and 10th frets.
