Gloss-finish Curly Maple neck and highly figured maple resonator. Ebony fingerboard white-bound with pearl "Steamboat Gothic" inlay pattern & John Hartford's name inlaid at 21st fret. 24 carat gold hardware, Kerschner tailpiece (shows a little wear), Snuffy Smith bridge, Grenadillo tone-wood tone ring, quality 5-star gold tuners, spikes at 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th frets.
