Mint condition. No fretwear. An American Made Banjo Company Gibson copy showing off the beauty of natural timbers, stunning abalone inlays and a rich, punchy sound.
Mahogany neck. Quilted Maple resonator made by Steve Gill, USA. Ebony fingerboard with elaborate hand cut Abalone inlays. Spikes at 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th frets. Pre-war Gibson Style 11 headstock motif. Waverly 2 band tuners. Heartland 3-ply maple rim and Dannick 20-hole flathead tone ring. (If you want to buy one of these tone rings they're $900 US!) Original hardware. Kel Kroydon frosted head. Presto tailpiece engraved: Kel Kroydon Banjo Company. The combination of the Heartland rim with the Dannick tone ring produces deep mahogany-rich tones in the bass and clear, sustaining, bell-like highs. A ripper of a banjo!
